  • Implementation consultation

  • Corporate liaising and pricing review (for initial purchase and set up)

A lot about bike park operations should be related to how a bike park generates revenue.  In addition to a solid mountain bike program list’s design and delivery, rental, retail and sponsorship opportunities can play a key role in the long term investment and sustainability of any bike park. Gravity Logic offers consultation related to setting up the ideal rental shop and fleet program, tying in retail opportunities related to any bike park’s key demographics and existing business, and strategies for developing lasting and impact driven sponsorship opportunities. These consultation products can be offered individually or as a package that is catered to the needs of any bike park.

Safety + Risk Management

Gravity Logic can provide the following services:

  • Risk management audits

  • Signage consultation

  • Waiver and release of liability formulation

  • Techniques for creating safer trails and features

Safety and risk management should be the number one priority of any bike park open for commercial operation. A safe bike park will have a three-fold effect on your bike park. It will lower your accident rate, increase rider enjoyment and sharply reduce exposure to potential lawsuits. Having an objective third party review your operating practices (signage, standard operating procedures, trail design and construction) will allow your operation to stay up to date with industry standards while ensuring you’ve exercised “due diligence” in keeping your guests safe.

Gravity Logic was amazing from day one. Tom Pro is one of the coolest guys I’ve ever met. Rob Cocquyt is an animal on a trail build, jumping between excavator operating, keeping other operators on track, organizing the crew and tools, and then jumping back on the machine nearly every day he was here. Before Gravity Logic arrived, the BLMBA had a great set of trail sections that formed “Full Boar” so pretty much one trail on Boer Mtn. Now, with their layout and leadership in construction, we have roughly 12 finished trails linking to each other. I can’t say enough good things about them – an incredible company with years of experience in all aspects of trail/park development and sustainability.
